Return & Shipping Policy

At Evogains.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return requests.

Note: Products that are opened, tampered with, or used will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Freebies or promotional items
  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged)

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the issue to evogainsnutrition@gmail.com, and we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
